Talk more about floors then.

But I don't see that happening either just like the PA ain't going for a cap, it's all a moot point and beyond stupid to punish the top spenders for bottom feeders that aren't spending and don't want to

Yeah, I think a floor/spending minimum is more needed then a cap.
Yeah, I don't mind the Dodgers if every acquisition is above board as much as the lack of spending from other owners. The tax is enough and it goes to other teams in some cases. If that's the case a floor is necessary.
