My Pops Forever RIP

I hate the deferrals as much as the New Yorker these days, but people need to stop being bytches. Having a villain is good for ratings, the best team doesn't always win, and the injury bug can hit anybody.

I just don't wanna hear the crying about deferrals. Bruce Sutter died at the age of 69. He was still on Atlanta's payroll. Nobody said shyt about that. Chris Davis is on Baltimore's payroll and he sucked. Nobody's talking about that. Bobby Bonilla gets celebrated for finessing the Mets. Now Ohtani pushes his salary back to the last year of his deal because he can and everyone's upset?

This Dodgers’ team is really not comparable to them stacked 2000 Yankees’ teams (pre 2009) Those Yankees team’s biggest problem was their starting pitching was buns. Jared Wright/ washed Big Unit:dame:/ washed Kevin Brown/Javy Vasquez x 2/ Contreras… etc. They could never put two good starters together to match their stacked offense. Dodgers are stacked on both sides of the game.

Also, I agree with above posters, people need to stop crying about the Dodgers. Unless they slipped Sasaki a bag under the table, they are doing what they should be doing. This is baseball, superteams most of the time don't win it all, so nothing is set in stone.

Lmao. fukk it. Run it up more. Get the same West Hollywood hoes that convinced everybody else and get Alonso to be depth just so the Mets can’t have him. They playing around with food anyway

But yeah I still don’t see a cap or salary floor, that would give a reason for the A’s, Reds, Marlins etc to be competitive. What Shohei did will never be allowed again though :mjlol:
