Coli Prophet
Tracy Pierson of 247Sports' Bruin Report Online reported some details surrounding Dante Moore on the latest episode of the BRO podcast. UCLA fans have been freaking out about this for the past 24 hours.
It sounds like there is an extremely real chance that Dante Moore leaves UCLA after this season.
Some quotes from Tracy on the podcast...
"This is in no way an issue with the UCLA NIL Collective. It is absolutely able to pay Moore what it’s committed to pay him. But there are essentially two issues. Moore has to fulfill his obligations to get paid. And Moore’s people will almost certainly demand more NIL. If the situation were similar at a big boy program, the coaching staff (not the NIL Collective) would step up to manage the situation."

Some quotes from Tracy on the podcast...
- "I can't tell you everything. Let's just say, hypothetically, there's a situation where there might be some frustration over the NIL situation."
- "There's a lot of people who are close to this situation that are starting to think about it right now. It's a tough situation. I don't necessarily see this all going really well."
- "He's frustrated."
- "It's either he's really good and then he goes out and markets himself for another NIL deal and probably transfers or he doesn't win the position and he's frustrated and leaves anyway."
- "I know there will be fans out there saying, 'Tracy, you're just speculating,' but I'm not."
- "I'll just say this, if it's even, Ethan Garbers should start, knowing some of the little politics going on. And if you get a 5-star guy with a lot of NIL, this is big boy football and you've gotta step up and manage your five-star guy with NIL. I'll say that."
