Oregon will fair better of course, but when do you realistically seeing them winning the conference? I'm not sure they'd beat scUM or OSU this year, and this is probably the best team Oregon has had in 10 years.

It might not happen this year but all our teams have had those losses that are just wtf? How? (See OSU vs Purdue that time Purdue almost dropped 50 on them). With the new format it won’t spell doom for your playoff chances like it used to.
