Their defense looked elite but I know people like to ignore that part of the game. It also shouldn't be about what you think people want to watch, and that is the major gripe about all of this. FSU did what they were supposed to do to make the playoffs but instead got nixed, because it's not what people wanted to watch. That is inherently the corruptness about the decision in itself. They went undefeated, scheduled a tough OOC and won their conference. Injuries should not have superceded any of that.

You ain't wrong. Verse & the defense is nice. They got absolutely fukked and any one in their position would feel the same way they feel.

I personally think Bama is a better team with fsu being down a star qb, I'd rather see the intriguing match ups over whats most deserving. Last year I thought tcu didn't deserve to get in after losing to k State and they still won a game, so clearly idk shyt.

If Michigan beats Bama in the fashion yall did, there's going to be whinny MSU/OSU/whoever fans saying "ohhh well fsu should've been there instead" lol. Can't appease everyone. Last year of this 4 team shyt.

I'd rather UT win it than any of the others

Bryce Anderson reached out to Texas after last season and asked if we would accept his transfer, the staff agreed and he told them he was coming. Then A&M guilt tripped him into staying so he didn't leave. I wouldn't be surprised if that cycle rinsed and repeated itself this year. I don't think he wants to be there, maybe it'll be easier to disappoint them with Jimbo gone.

But did anyone besides fsu and Michigan want to watch fsu play in that game without a qb?

They looked like ass against Louisville, who also looked like shyt. You can bring up OSU in '14 but they blasted Wisconsin in the title game something like 70-0

fukk limping into the playoffs

Michigan only cares about "what's fair" bc it's an easy match up for them. If a non SEC team was waiting in the back at #5 they wouldn't care. It's better for mich to beat a sec team if they're going to win it all to silence any haters. Beating fsu doesn't mean anything

If fsu's qb didn't get injured they'd be in and the committee would try to fukk over Texas instead.
The argument is FSU beating a top 14 team that averages 30 points a game with their third string QB is a bad thing that gets you thrown out of the playoffs is ridiculous.

Their second string guy is a 4 star who would’ve been healthy with a month to prepare. So even using the Louisville game as a barometer of what they might look like in January is ridiculous. Also, Alabama needed a miracle to beat an absolutely horrid Auburn team with your cast off Payton Thorne at QB that Louisville would obliterate.

You are setting a precedent that the actual games don’t matter. You’ll be singing a different tune when a 9-3 Michigan or USC or Ohio State team gets in the 12 team playoffs over a 11-1 MSU or Iowa or Wisconsin team.
