Are they students or are they adults? Either get a professional whose job it is is to negotiate the best deal for you and in your best interest or play for the scholly. I have no sympathy for these youngins takin the NIL version of 360 deals. There are athletic departments with people in them strictly to assist them but nope, chasing the bag while still a HS senior cause states are allowing this more and more gets you here. That ain’t a NCAA nor university problem.

Didn't know that if that's the case. Thought the schools couldn't be involved in any capacity fr. Niccas could even go grab some legal aid if they wanted to tho, or hit up the law arm of the uni u wanan go to for prorated services even if they weren't allowed the access to athletics personnel. So I don't necessarily feel sympathy either but at this point it's like save niccas from themselves and let's keep this train from going too far off the damn tracks. WE all know the shyt headed there anyway (schools directly involved), why prolong it?

They can’t deal directly with the collectives to actively and intentionally target specific players (but they do anyway). Schools have marketplaces where businesses who want to do deals with players can find them. They vet these companies before hand to ensure players aren’t getting fukked over or it’s an embarrassing venture.

If i remember right some schools had lawyers who probono for the university, but it’s some nikkas doing they own thing so some of them got fukked up deais
