They should keep it black and make his main villain moses magnum with an intro to mutants and apocalypse. But marvel would not take that risk.
Doom should be an avenger level threat.
Matter of fact because of his long life and how old wakanda is they should be aware of who apocalypse is or give him ties to city maybe his father or mother is from there or he is himself. That would explain why he was able to work the celestial tech.

I'd be interested in Namor as the villain, personally. 
Mainly because the encounter could branch off into Namor being their first real anti-hero character, in his own right, with damn near everyone apart from Sue Storm looking at him like
Wakanda needs her win back after Thanos touched down, but I don't know if they whoop Doom clean, in his debut. Unless he gets his ass beat and comes back with the chopper to spray up the whole block
