I'd be surprised if they make Ellie a straight up terminator like the game did. Get her in the gym, chop her hair short, and give her like,...one or two brutal kills.

i get why people are concerned. but after what bella pulled off as ellie, and all the folks who were certain her casting was a bad decision after the first episode, i think they deserve a chance to prove they can make part 2 work without recasting.

Part 2 is twice as long as the first game and they’ve already confirmed season 2 will only be the first half
I thought about that too, but I don't think it makes geographical sense. I thought Ellie's birthplace was somewhere on the east coast while the house that Ellie/Dina lived on was out on the west coast. I could be wrong though.
She's 19 but she looks like 12/13.it's crazy, cause i was definitely nervous about how they'd handle the time jump. but bella is already 19.
they'll make it work.

Yall nikkas just gonna have to deal with Bella being there for seasons 2/3. Why risk going for an actress that fits the look but is trash talent wise. They can make it work.

Yes, she does. She looks no older than 14. That's why she was cast as Ellie in this season in the first place.

Semantics. Point is - she looks too young.
Her playing an older Ellie looking the way that she is - is just not believable to me.
