Learn to cook for myself - check !!!!!!

Cleanest I've ever eaten in life !!!

Breakfast

Spinach , eggs , oatmeal cooked with raw honey .

Snacks usually apple or banana sometimes almonds or peanuts .

Gallon of water a day

Dinner and lunch

Ground turkey , grilled chicken, sweet potatoes , asparagus , broccoli, spinach , quinoa or rice. I mix and match these combos .

Protein shake after work out and before bed .

Next goal pick up my cardio gotta get more through out the week .

No longer count calories and I just eat when I want but keep it clean.

The best part is I really love what i eat .

My favorite goal of 2016 already is cooking for myself . Now I just wanna get better !!!

I guess mine is creating a workout plan and sticking with it. More so so that my rest days is consistent through this semester and when I lift is consistent every day except for spring break, where I'll lift Monday & Friday, as opposed to Tuesday & Thursday.

Typically I eat clean but I need to tighten it up a little.
Start training more in the mornings
Keep my weight between 187-195

And shred up...I want to maintain my abs all year.

And also take care of my body better in other way....Have a sports massage every 6 weeks to sort out some knots I have

No my body is used to it from doing a psmf before, so at this point i do not feel hungry anymore, or have issues with energy. The only problem is mental, having to fight the urge to eat things that became a habit, like fast food, snacks, and soda.
30 days of just water?!

I wouldn't stand a chance
It is easy once you get past the first 3-4 days, then you have to fight the mental, not physical, desire to eat. Right now it is much better but i still have days where i want to end the fast so i can eat, but even if i did i would have to eat very simple foods(juice, raw vegetables) over 5 days, so my digestive system does not get overwhelmed when i eat normal food.
