It is easy once you get past the first 3-4 days, then you have to fight the mental, not physical, desire to eat. Right now it is much better but i still have days where i want to end the fast so i can eat, but even if i did i would have to eat very simple foods(juice, raw vegetables) over 5 days, so my digestive system does not get overwhelmed when i eat normal food.
Easy for you.......

I know myself well enough to not even try that one.

I got 3 goals for 2016:
  • My goal is to drop 25-30 pounds (I weigh 200 now)
  • Get my blue belt (maybe even my purple :lupe:) in Brazilian Jujitsu
  • Have my first amateur MMA fight.
I've been out the gym for the last 4 months or so, partially because of laziness. It's time to get back in it heavy. I'm going to Muay Thai class after work today and I'm gonna start training 3 times a day again.

I did 30 days of 900 calories with 4 3000cal cheat days and I was on the verge of insanity :sadcam:

Have you done it before? Is everyday a struggle? :sadcam:

I remember my first week walkin to work thinkin if somebody was to punch me right now I may actually die :mjlol:

I did that in 2009 and lost 30 pounds in a month. M-F I ate like 1000 cal a day and on the weekends I'd pig out.

The only problem is you lose A LOT of muscle doing that. By the time I was finished I couldn't do 10 pushups.

How yall lookin so far? Yesterday started my first day of cuttin out sweets cold turkey. No Little Debbie snacks, candy, Klondike bars, etc :whoo:

If I can get thru this week, I'll be straight. Just gone hold out until my Girl Scout cookies arrive in a few weeks :blessed:

Trying to get leaner then I've ever been and actually keep it off!!

Been on my grind so far, doing AM cardio 3-4 days per week with 2-3 days of lifting in between
