Easy for you.......It is easy once you get past the first 3-4 days, then you have to fight the mental, not physical, desire to eat. Right now it is much better but i still have days where i want to end the fast so i can eat, but even if i did i would have to eat very simple foods(juice, raw vegetables) over 5 days, so my digestive system does not get overwhelmed when i eat normal food.
I know myself well enough to not even try that one.
