Yeah i was at 300-310 in sep 2009 and from then to june 2011 i had got down to 205-210. But dealing with work that became sedentary later on and a relapse in my diet put it back on.You want to lose 100

No my body is used to it from doing a psmf before, so at this point i do not feel hungry anymore, or have issues with energy. The only problem is mental, having to fight the urge to eat things that became a habit, like fast food, snacks, and soda.Holy shyt
I did 30 days of 900 calories with 4 3000cal cheat days and I was on the verge of insanity
Have you done it before? Is everyday a struggle?
I remember my first week walkin to work thinkin if somebody was to punch me right now I may actually die

I couldnt do all that man, I would kill somebody. Im cutting again this year.... gonna do a HIIT style, like 6 weeks on 2 weeks of for a few months.Holy shyt

U are gonna have to lose weight. No way around itI'm 5'11 185...I like the weight that I'm at tho
I want to maintain my current weight but tone it up. Not trying to get shredded but just add muscle definition to my body. I've never been a workout guy so I'm somewhat clueless on how to achieve this.....
