Continue to reduce my beef intake.
Work on the cardio.
Find a supplement or 3 to take consistently. I barely used protein half the year, and completely disregarded it for the other half of the year:snoop:

I need to work on mobility a lot. Apparently I've been doing the buttwink (no homo) at the bottom of my squats. :damn:

I didn't even know what that was or that I was even doing it. :mindblown:
