Things are moving OK. I'm over 200lbs again :mjcry: but it's a stronger and leaner 200lbs than in the past. If I can legit drop 20 this cut :blessed: Just have to not let my leg shyt fall by the wayside. One thing I am not sure about is how to deal with deloads on a cut but we will deal with that when it comes.

I had chinese on Sunday and fukked up my clean eating streak..

I'm scared for Superbowl Sunday..I know I'm gonna go over my cals easily..might have to go extra hard on Saturday :lift:

Nope, the only problem was since i was eating all of the time i wanted to eat something constantly, because that was what i used to. But that went away for the most part in 2 weeks.

i gained like 10 pounds back, but for the most part its off. I just need to get into the gym as soon as possible before i slip up.

C'mon breh. 15-20 ain't nothing, I always start off every workout with bike/run/stairclimber for 15-20 mins to get the heart rate up.

What everybody else lookin like?
