This year I will try to make exercising more fun and also try to incorporate it into more social outings. Like going on a bike ride, hitting up a trail or playing some kind of sport instead of going out to eat or sitting around drinking at some bar.

I'm 5'11 185...I like the weight that I'm at tho
I want to maintain my current weight but tone it up. Not trying to get shredded but just add muscle definition to my body. I've never been a workout guy so I'm somewhat clueless on how to achieve this.....

....any tips?

- Be lean by April or May..even the Summer.
- Continue to not drink any soda or drinks, water mostly..sparkle water at best from time to time
- Cut out snacks for the most part
- Improve my stamina (might have to go to park twice a week and run to improve that)
- Get stronger

Do calesithinics(i know its spelled wrong) or do light weight sets but high reps
