im gon do 15-20 mins of cardio everytime i go. i'm starting today tho fukk waiting go get it now. Jan 1st aint nothing but the next day just like tomorrow is to today.

I want to maintain my current weight but tone it up. Not trying to get shredded but just add muscle definition to my body. I've never been a workout guy so I'm somewhat clueless on how to achieve this.....
