Fantastic schools with high employment rates, a variety of neighborhoods and middle-class/upper-middle class areas with Black populations, fairly solid public education system, sports, etc.
Not a bad place to live.
Where?

this is propoganda logic. Home Ownership means nothing in this day and age.

Net Worth does matter but being able to move on the spot is a HUGE benefit now a days in cut throat america.

I have relatives in Boston. But I know a lot of Black professionals in Boston. They're eating up there.

Obviously the whole community isn't.
its because of the stupid ass ways they do the test.

"home ownership."

You might as well cross off san francisco and New York City from the list right there because you ain't buying a home in those cities unless you have MILLIONS of dollars.

There are so many black people in the unions in NYC and Boston it isn't even funny. A union job is so got damn overpowered. nikka getting paid 45 an hour to hold a fukking stop sign on the street.

Cedar Hill is literally the single most affluent majority black city in America (per capita) and is not even mentioned.

List is invalid :yeshrug:

Btw I live in Cedar Hill :ahh:

Do you define a suburb as a city :jbhmm:
