Real talk DMV could be the capital of Pan-Africanism. Africans, AAs and Carribeans all eating. :ehh:
Yep if only they could make Howard University more useful for anything other than shelling out black folks with degrees. That place should have been used as the beacon on the hill, and put to use for transforming the neighborhood around it. Its still a chance, but that requires some evolutionary thinking from US.

Everywhere...You never there.
NC is slept on. Tons of companies, top tier University System, and strong population of Black people that you can do well if entrepreneurship or politics is your thing. The low cost of living is the icing on the cake. Good place to raise a family but maybe not the best if Nightlife is your thing.

You can bounce between Raleigh-Greensboro-Charlotte ... really that‘s more than enough.

Shyt you can even slide to Columbia and of course do Atlanta weekenders.

I was periodically hittin Atlanta for the weekend.

The infrastructure is here tho.

I will say one thing, you’re consistent in your defense when the overwhelming majority of folks on here have said otherwise

I'm consistent about because I've actually lived there unlike most people on this site who like to talk about the city. I've seen so many ridiculousness statements regarding Boston on here that it's laughable. I don't deny Boston has racists like any other American city does, but the narrative people love to push on here is false.

It used to be :snoop:. Exactly how you said too. Ledroit park used to be full of successful blacks involved in the Howard community. Then crack came through and crushed the buildings. Now ledroit park is cac heights and Howard is... without heat:snoop:

It's nice over here, tbh.

Just want to move to somewhere new though, since I've been here forever.

Cedar Hill is literally the single most affluent majority black city in America (per capita) and is not even mentioned.

List is invalid :yeshrug:

Btw I live in Cedar Hill :ahh:
