CAR is not a muslim country.
Muslin are in the North, the South is Christian.
CAR has been destabilized by France for 60 years. The last 'civil' war, which led to the current instability, was initiated by France using Chad. But it backfired on France when the new regime, to shield itself from France, turned to Russians and Russians accepted because they were mad at France.
Reason I said it was Muslim was because marauding bands of islamists from other nations have made it home because it had no stable government. Combine Islam and France and you'll never recover.

I used to always be confused when watching documentaries and they refer to "ethnic" russians and chinese
some of those russians in far away places look chinese/mongolian
