No it shouldn't. Studies show that increasing minimum wage doesn't decrease poverty. It has more negative effects than good at this point. For example it fukks over small businesses that are already tight for funds, they have to hire less people and the unemployment rate goes up. Also bigger businesses will cut training programs and benefits to make up for the higher payroll costs. Not to mentions the incentive it gives u to educate yourself and get a skilled job.

I was at the Black Lives Matter protest downtown Toronto by police headquarters.
Yes, the loud American nikka in the ninja turtles shirt.
Here are some observations:
The young man who was shot here approached the police car, the young woman proclaiming his story on the mic said so. She also said a shot to the inside of the wrist would not have been possible if somebody was holding a knife.
That's not the same as Mike Brown, Freddie Gray, or anybody. It's fukked up, but you can't hop out the whip and "ask the cop why he arrested you. Cops shoot nikkas, b. #blacklivesmatter....but have common sense. I'm a "wild american" and I know that.
The whole protest was run by gay girls who allowed the "All lives matter" chants to disrupt the speeches. A strange white man also ranted about the gov't trying to kill him. This was allowed to continue twice.
The transsexual robbing ass nikka "Mya Hall" somehow became part of the (Freddie Gray/Mike Brown/Eric Garner/Countless others) conversation...because that nikka was a man dressed as a woman. The circumstances surrounding homie's death are as follows:
Tranny nikka in Baltimore doing tranny nikka in Baltimore shyt...selling himself. Elderly man picks other grown man up, lesbian accompanies them to hotel. Tranny and lesbian ROB old man, peel his whip, and take a nice ride down 295. Elderly man reports auto-theft and robbery, Police pursue faggie and bulldagger. Faggie and bulldagger manage to fukk up and CRASH THROUGH NSA HEADQUARTERS BARRIER...ON FT. MEADE...NEAR DC.
Faggie and bulldagger hit police car. Faggie and bulldagger get LIT THE fukk UP.
"Mya Hall" is really RICKY HALL.
Somehow, the conversation was about the canadian dude who ran up on the cop car...and the homo.
Also, they were making really dismissive comments about the Baltimore Uprising. "We're better than that, we don't have to riot, we're not like Americans." "I thought Canada was better than that. They're killing us, too, this is about killings in Canada".
Then they let this soft-spoken, stiff, whiny Chris Rock voice guy talk about carding. He stuttered...he was articulate, but he sounded extremely weak and ineffective. I met like 3 real brothas who knew what time it was. The rest of you, however, made me feel strange like I really wasn't among my people, but a strange shade...a reduced version.
The "march" was police escorted....They were being extra friendly...and all the Cacs did was smile. I threatened the Cacs...said fukk police.
Your "organizers" couldn't even keep the chants in rhythm....they didn't even have the crowd under control.
I also got on the CBC mic...The reporter let me speak. I told them it was a systematic black genocide and for black canadians to get ready, to prepare to rise up. I'm here for all my black people, I'm from the states, I moved here from Maryland...Pg county...The police are in place to protect property and white lives.
My footage didn't make the show. They talked to the lesbian girl with the fade about her activism and how she met some chick who was in baltimore...but she didn't sound like she was from B-more to me. She sounded like she was from suburban maryland and moved up here. She was also gay. Not that it makes a difference but it seems like they had control of everything and didn't really care about the lives of black men at all. It was like a planned media event for taking pictures and looking upset. I heard y'all tore it up for Rodney King back in the day tho...props for that.
I don't know what y'all doing up here, but I don't like it. I hope it's not on purpose. It seems like y'all down with the white people for real and that's why you live here. My Trini homie's white stepmom made an off color comment about me "being glad to be away from all that weave" in America. I said "what?"...and His pops laughed...she laughed. That is not funny. I don't think black issues in my country are a platform for people from here to exploit for their personal gains. I know y'all have your own hoods and your own problems but that 50 police murders in the whole province doesn't compare to what we go through...or the people i know who lost their lives for nothing.

Incident 2: My jawn white. She's down for the cause. She does not use the word c00n but she knows what a c00n is. I'm talking loudly about this in the store...I was mad Obama called my nikkas in bmore thugs. I love baltimore, have family there and I used to be there like 3 times a week when I lived in PG...a weird white girl over heard the convo, and was walking slow in front of us like she was being nosy...I walked by, she's staring like shyt...so I say "What" (Staring, to me, is a signal you want to fight or buy drugs from me)...the white bytch then proceeded to call me nappy headed negroes and various other weird shyt in a strange wiggette patois cac language I could barely understand...so I told her 'bytch who is you?" In my calmest voice...I wasn't trying to be mean, I just wanted to know "bytch who is you?" She kept talking about her boyfriend and how I was gonna get a "Buck fifteen"...I think that's y'all's version of a "buck fifty"...I don't want to incriminate myself but I know about those and what they really are. Then she started going in on my girl so I told her my girl would beat her ass...My girl did not want a fade. I told her go get her dude...she left...I did not see her. Days later, weird white jawn shows up in store on phone like she's gonna get her dude (more about him later)...I'm really confused and not trying to get deported for knoccing a hoe out, so I'm pleading with this looney ass bytch like "bytch listen, I don't know you, I'm not from here. Why is you talking to me? I don't have a problem with you." My girl also said: "We don't know you, why don't you like us?"...Weird white bytch froze up and said..."the fukk?" and then got back on the phone and walked away....
Now here's the fun part. The weedman here? He's my LIL nikka. I was standing outside with him....she walks by, does not say shyt to me, does not look at me, just looks at the floor and turns her phone up. I laugh...Tell my homie: "This is that goofy ass hoe right here.". She says nothing still.
He then proceeds to tell me her "baby daddy" is some frail Iranian who sells 10s of crack...he's about to get deported. I remember when I sold dimes. I was 16 and No Limit T-shirts were cool to wear. That was a long ass time ago. I'm trying not to get deported but I want to make an example out of this individual and upload it so the nice folks of the coli will stop making comments about my brehs and my presence here.
Not only that, but a lesson in respect for women. I don't hit females, I love women. I might talk shyt to them and about them but y'all cool as hell...I have a best female friend and I hang with my girl. I still love black women but a white girl chose up, so I tried it out...so don't take me wrong...I want to fukk dude up for letting his woman run her mouth to the wrong species of negro. I'm going to need to use somebody else's youtube channel to obscure my identity. Thank you in advance.
