Yes, as presented in the movies, Mysterio > Green Goblin. Green Goblin's is only significant because Aunt May dies. But Mysterio was fully entertaining and a true heel to the end. Always felt like it was a B. I felt the action could have been better. Like its solid, but I never felt blown away like got damn at any moment. I think the hype overrates it a bit, but its still a good movie. It's not classic to me, but its not average or bad either. It's better than shyt like Black Widow, Antman, and Shazam, but its not seeing Dr. Strange, Civil War, Man of Steel imo. Its in the higher tier of superhero movies. If someone had it on there top 10 list, I wouldn't argue.

I can't get off this square...the fighting over the throne was not bad. It was a DUEL. It was paced and measured like a duel, not like a street brawl because it wasn't. The stakes were high and the fight vs killmonger where t'challa lost was iconic, one of the best MCU scenes ever.

There was one bad fighting scene and it was also the bad CGI scene. And the action scene in the casino was dope. Not sure why that hasn't been brought up as a rebuttal...
