Definitely feel you on the struggle on being overweight and trying to get right, started mine last year and weighed 320, now I'm down to 229 and got the rest of the year to try to get to my goal of 180.
Keeping a log like this is dope.
My routine was unorthodox as fukk but it worked so I kept to it lol.
