I can't remember sets and reps from yesterday's lower body session. It was a combo of front squats, low sled pushes, leg extensions and hamstring curls.

Today it was a combo session with the following:

Deadlifts: 1x10x225, 1x8x315 and 2x8x365
Farmers Walks: 4x2x53#
Burpees: 1x10 and 1x12
Walk-Ups: 1x10 and 1x15

Random Set of bicep curls 4x20x60

As my previous post indicated, I've ben on the BS. No excuses......................

Scaled the workout back today so that I have time with everything else going on:

Flat BP 5x3x225 and 1x10x185
Full Extension Pull-Ups: 2x8xBW and 1x7xBW
Snatch Grip High Pulls: 3x5x175 and 1x10x135
T-Bar Row 5x5x135
 
Top
