Took today off as well and the gym is closed tomorrow. I'm going to get some sprint work in however.

Been stupid busy at work but kept my routine going. Excited to have a few months of uninterrupted training.

Saw a few pictures from the last few days and I can notice changes......I might get in shape one of these days.

Just realized that this basically my 4 year anniversary of weight lifting. The old man started at zero and I've gotten a little bit on strength in that time. Hopefully this year going around to the 5th year is the one where I make some legit gains. A lot of good people on here help me get started, stay motivated, learn and bounce back from falling off:

Eased back into it yesterday on upper lifts. The main gym was closed so I had to do to the apartment "gym". I hit:

DB Chest Press 4x20x50
Pull-Ups: 6x8xBW
Face Pulls: 5x20x?
Cuban Press 6x12x25
Jump Rope: 1,700 reps

Lower PT Today:

Decided not to switch the calories for another 4-6 weeks. The gains are still happening so I'm going to stay the course.

We were supposed to increase weight on the sled and I grab two 25s to add to the two-45s. Got through the first set and the trainer looked at me like " I said go up in weight but I din't say that much" :manny:
