Super Set:
  • Bent Rows: 1x12x135, 3x12x155
  • Power Cleans: 4 sets but it was more teaching than anything
  • Explosive Push-Ups: 3x15
SuperSet:
Lat Pulldowns and Barbell Curls, 4 sets

Did three sets of one arm landmine presses as a warm-up. My core is cooked.

Skip training today, figured sleds, ropes and tires aren't good for fighting a cold.

Should feel well enough to train tomorrow.

Glad I stuck with the backload a week direction. Seems like the scale is still moving and I'm make strength gains.

Felt well enough going on but that was a struggle. By the smallest margins, I'm back under 200 pounds, down 30 and some change. Any well:

Back Squats: 3x2x350
Goblet Squats: 4x15x100
Box Jumps: 4x15xBW
Hamstring Curls: 4x15x110

Schedule has been wacky all week. Thursday was my last day, did a lot of upper body reps.

Back at it tomorrow for a high volume and high rep week outside of Deads on Wednesday.

i haven't had any real goals for a while. I've got two now:

1x1x525 conventional dead lift
190 on the scale by the end of the year to set-up eating at maintence during the winter.
