Learned a lot of lessons trying to implement a version of carb cycling this week. No more heavy days on Sunday. I have to make sure my sleep is right as well.

Wat? Wat works??!?!!?
I fell arse backwards into some form of carb cycling/Carb Nite Solution and its made a big impact. Scale wise I'm smart enough to drop things when I dial in even not counting. My biggest issue honestly is binge eating desserts. 3-5 benders weren't uncommon. This has slowly zapped my cravings unlike anything I have ever done. I feel like I can't do the damage I did before.

Basic premise is a 10 day ultra low carb induction to get into ketosis and then on the 10th day you can essentially have all of the carbs you want that night. Following that it's ultra low carb 6 days and then a another carb night, rinse repeat.

Caveats, I keep carbs around 50-75 per day but they say 30 or less. With me working out 7 days a week that's pushing it. Everything I dropped since the contest thread has been this in some form.

None this is new or much different than what people call refeed. The benefit for me has been curving the sugar. I had a slice of Red Velvet and a slice of oreo cheese cake on deck last night maybe got through 70% of each when normally I would have done that and then some. Scale only went up .8 which doesn't even qualify for carb bloat.
