I fell arse backwards into some form of carb cycling/Carb Nite Solution and its made a big impact. Scale wise I'm smart enough to drop things when I dial in even not counting. My biggest issue honestly is binge eating desserts. 3-5 benders weren't uncommon. This has slowly zapped my cravings unlike anything I have ever done. Basic premise is a 10 day ultra low carb induction to get into ketosis and then on the 10th day you can essentially have all of the carbs you want that night. Following that it's ultra low carb 6 days and then a another carb night, rinse repeat.Talk me through the details breh. Im not looking to switch shyt up but Im curious.
