Handheld body fat came out at 17.2%:francis:

Unrelated the plan for the next few weeks:

Next week, regular schedule/lifting/nutrition
The following week I am out of town most of the week for work. I'm going to just take a full break from exercise. Nutrition wise I was thinking about flirting with Ketosis but on second thought I'm not going to even try. Also dropping all supps outside of the essentials like multi, ZMA etc.
After that I will see how my body reacted and plot a new course for the next 6 weeks.

A lot going on so I'm just trying to get some decent set and reps in each day.

Ran the weekly refeed/Carbnite and the results were the same on the scale. Slight increase in weight, less than a pound. I won't be doing a refeed for another two week this time.

Overall the scale is moving slow but its fine since I don't have the urge to binge and throw off progress.

Loss of strength is a little disappointing,

12 hour work days

Selling a house

I haven't slipped up yet. Weight is up a pound from last week but I've been eating dinner 2 hours later so I'm a little off schedule. Cardio tomorrow and one more lifting session Friday. After that I'm not doing anything a little over a week. No "refeeds" during that period.

Missed that cardio and lift session :manny:

Still not planning to lift until Sunday.

Basically been doing IF while I am out of town. No breakfast, pretty light lunch but I've been going in on dinners. They are so late that I feel heavy in the morning. No big deal. Still mostly protein, veggies and fats.

Hotel scale had me 2-3 pounds under from when I left.

Mission accomplished, I wasn't anticipating losing weight and it might balance out by Sunday. I was planning any workouts until Sunday but I'm going to lift tomorrow and Friday.

If u went lite on carbs when u were out of town u will bounce back. No need to worry tho

Well I'm pretty low these anyway so that won't change really. Doubt I'm over 40 today.
I'm still moving unpacking trucks from work :sadcam:

Kind of split on "refeeding" this week:

Skipped it last week because I was out of town and not working out. Original plan was to skip this week and last week. Kind of craving it a little. It would be controlled like it has been recently. Might be better for sanity and binge issues than anything.
