Next week, regular schedule/lifting/nutrition
The following week I am out of town most of the week for work. I'm going to just take a full break from exercise. Nutrition wise I was thinking about flirting with Ketosis but on second thought I'm not going to even try. Also dropping all supps outside of the essentials like multi, ZMA etc.
After that I will see how my body reacted and plot a new course for the next 6 weeks.
