Weighted Box Jumps 2-40 DBs, second lowest box, 4x10

Welp, that might be as good as it gets. I felt like crap the last two days. Lifts are likely about to tank.
Cut yields ups and downs. I felt like a god damn beast today, felt like I was not even in a deficit. But then some days I feel like complete shyt. Just gotta keep pushing breh :mjcry:

Heavy Upper days are going to be a struggle with the way my nutrition is headed. I think it's going to be worth it.

I thought my weigh-in results were a joke once I got to gym. Came home, reset the scale and it's accurate.
