Kind of split on "refeeding" this week:
Skipped it last week because I was out of town and not working out. Original plan was to skip this week and last week. Kind of craving it a little. It would be controlled like it has been recently. Might be better for sanity and binge issues than anything.

I don't know what your intake is, but my friend been doing extra low carbs (sub 20) and still eating fairly normally while weight is flying off him.

Yea my meals and activity iare pretty uniform. I just weigh shyt out before I cook it, I dont have a macro/nutrient log. Thats too much for me.My only concern is an eventual stall. I've got the process down enough not to have to do any hard counting of cal and macros.
