Kind of split on "refeeding" this week:

Skipped it last week because I was out of town and not working out. Original plan was to skip this week and last week. Kind of craving it a little. It would be controlled like it has been recently. Might be better for sanity and binge issues than anything.

If you need high fat, high protein and low carb foods fukk with Chipotle burrito bowls with chicken, lettuce, sour cream and cheese.


I don't know what your intake is, but my friend been doing extra low carbs (sub 20) and still eating fairly normally while weight is flying off him.

I hear but for Chipolte prices I can get better options elsewhere.

Finding meals isn't a struggle at all.

I think I'm going to go full in on this Carb Nite Solution program. Starting next week for. 6 month cycle. I feel like getting to 165 is possible

Missed yesterday because of a doctors appointment, no "heavy" upper.

"Heavy" Lower today but I cut the volume because donated blood Saturday:

Hex Bar Deads: 375 5x1 (225 1x10 drop set)
Front Squats: 280 5x5 (225 1x10 drop set)
Leg Extensions: 150 4x12
Sprints 4

Going in full tilt on CNS starting 5/22/15 for 6 months.

I really fucced off the nutrition and then had an injury that I'm working through. Pretty disapointed in myself but I'll get back on track.

Everyone is different. If I went by what calculators say I should be taking in to cut on Id be in a damn bulk :beli:

Wat grip are u using for front squats? I am getting more and more comfortable with the cross arm grip. Just got up to 185x10 :o: Im realizing I rely too much on posterior chain for squats, my quads are :camby:

Yea my meals and activity iare pretty uniform. I just weigh shyt out before I cook it, I dont have a macro/nutrient log. Thats too much for me.

I was happy as hell to lose 1lb/week w/no cardio for as long as I did. I knew it wouldn't last. Now I have that extra in the tank to draw on, and it has jumpstarted the losses again.

Only thing now is carb and water intake is starting to have a real noticeable effect. Some days the scale will say I'm heavier but I will look dry AF or the opposite. W/e as long as the trend is down Im good.
 
Top
