Weather cleared up enough to get back outside and run hills. I'm sure that doing HITT on the treadmill is more taxing cardio wise but this is more fun. You can't recreate that long incline and having to pump your arms to reach that summit.
Volume was down but I got in 6 shorter run and 4 longer runs. At the end on the last three longer runs I hit 15 push-ups immediately.
