Weighted Box Jumps :leon:

Working through this head cold. Cut the volume back yesterday and today. Wasn't to bad because they were heavy days for upper and lower.

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Yeahhhhhhhh Back on Dem Hills:

Weather cleared up enough to get back outside and run hills. I'm sure that doing HITT on the treadmill is more taxing cardio wise but this is more fun. You can't recreate that long incline and having to pump your arms to reach that summit.

Volume was down but I got in 6 shorter run and 4 longer runs. At the end on the last three longer runs I hit 15 push-ups immediately.

It was 50 degrees or so and muggy. I had all my gear on to get that little extra bit of sweat going. Just being outside is :blessed:

Thinking about doing a month of bootcamps in the morning and Stoppani's "Shortcut to Size" in the afternoon for May.

man i wish i still had time for 2 a days :wow:. that's what gets you right, plus you can eat more.

I hope so. I hate working out in the afternoon but it looks like that program is 45 minutes to an hour which I could manage

Tried Cardio Acceleration today. Mostly compound lifts with jogging in between sets, no rest period for each lift.......:dead:

Appetite has been really low lately. I should take advantage.

Loving weighted box jumps.

Sweet tooth took over late last night but I couldn't do my usual damage:

Switched up from leg day to an hour long boot camp. Cardio was :takedat: but I'm sore as shyt already.

Didn't realize they dude flexible camps. Think about the following in May:

Sunday: Heavy Upper
Monday: Heavy Lower
Tuesday: Boot Camp AM
Wednesday: Hyper Upper
Thursday: Boot Camp AM, Hyper Lower PM
Friday: TBD Upper
Saturday: Cardio

Heavy Lower
Zercher Squats for warm-up
5x5 Back Squats
Lying Hamstring curls
5x3 Front Squats
5x8 weighted box jumps\

Also using a weighted ball to warm-up and exhaust hammys
