Thats shyts a breeze

Stick that incline up high, put on your headphones, and zone out
That clock defeats me breh.

I usually go max incline at a slower pace but that clock and the mental aspect wear me out.

I've been beyond slacking and really fell of the wagon. Gotta get back focused:

Slowly transitioning to PHAT type routine:

Heavy Upper, Sunday
Heavy Lower, Monday
Light cardio, Tuesday
Medium Upper, Wednesday
High Rep Lower, Thursday
High Rep Upper, Friday
Complete rest, Saturday

I can't feel my upper body:

Dips/Burpees/Explosive Push-Up Supper Set 3x10
Plank Position Side Walks 20 yards or so x 2
Flat Bench/Pull-up Superset 4 sets, Max reps for FB and 10 reps for Pull-ups
Seated Row/Push-Up Walk-up Supper Set: 120 seconds for max reps on SR, 15 reps on PW

High Reps for Leg Days just isn't the move.

Had the following circuit going at 15 reps:
Walking Lunges with Kettlebells
Hex Bar Deads
Back Squats
Front Squats (5 reps)
Single Leg Press

Two rounds in and my back hit me with the :whoa:

Has to loosen up, increase the weight but drop reps to 10. Made it through 4-5 rounds, lost track.

Nothing felt heavy today :wow:
Total other end of the spectrum. Couldn't get anything going today and just left. Feeling next level burned out.

Hit 5x5 back squats at 320 with decent depth and that's all I could accomplish :(
