I wish I could get a real idea why wright left . He went so hard for the project that they even left him out the avengers then to up and leave :patrice:
"Creative differences" which is another reason I'm a bit wary of Ant-Man. Wright has a great track record. The new guy directing doesn't. I think Marvel's inherent propensity to inject humor into their films might go overboard with a director who has mostly done comedies up to this point. Wright did a great job of melding comedy and storytelling in his movies. We'll see:manny:

:manny:Marvel made bank with a racc00n and a giant tree, they'll make money with an ant too. BTW, has anyone ever seen an Ant man comic before? Never in life have I seen or heard anyone mention him.
Antman has a new book on the market..... I just read the first two issues and it's great....he's pretty much a fukked up superhero in the new run

I mean to me it's like how did it get so far into the process that he left . I can't believe he didn't know what marvel wanted before the job so I think it's on him maybe . James gunn was able to interject his style into the movie and the demo footage looked great from wright . I wonder what creatively he wanted to do that marvel was like Naah .

His script just didn't fit into the Marvel universe according to Evangeline Lilly.

Yellowjacket looks cool and this movie can't be any worse than the Thor movies. They shouldn't even bother making a third one of those.

I think casting Paul Rudd was a mistake. His movies usually flop. The Marvel name will carry this movie to a good box office though.

Kinda indifferent to the movie but I'll watch it at some point. If reviews are good, I might go see it in the theater.

Marvel is on such a high with their cinematic projects that they could roll shyt in cornmeal, fry it up and package it with their brand slapped on the side and it would make money.

I've learned to never underestimate the movie viewing public. I mean Paul Blart was the shyt some years back but not a 100 million dollar grossing type movie.
Quality or a lack thereof, this movie is going to make money.
Hell, Disney/Marvel's pockets will still be swoll if it bombs. That's a tax loss for them. If it's a surprise hit, win-win.

Half the mcu films are fetus juices.

Time will reveal the low quality hiding behind the hype.
It's no secret.the only great one has been cap 2, good ones being GOTG, ironman and avengers (I don't care how basic to see all those characters on screen was a dream come true). The rest range from mediocre (thors/ironman2) to the terrible (ironman3/cap1)

:yeshrug: somehow they made iron man a star. Dude was b-list for years. The movies were hit or miss tho with 1:ahh: movie, one :ld: movie, and a :scust: one
Tony Starks was always a good character even before they got Downey to play the part. A billionaire playboy who's an alcoholic:what: There's certain characters that work well outside of comics.. Daredevil is a lawyer that happens to be blind.. You draw the action seeking crowd with his acrobatics and fighting then you can also draw in the other demographics with the courtroom drama, citywide corruption, and legal affairs. Nobody ever gave a sh*t about Henry Pym even in the comics. His only real claim to fame is creating Ultron.
