That New Ant Man Trailer Is Convoluted Garbage

Your right it didn't have to be in there but people are going to ask about it all the time just like demon in the bottle. Your being alittle harsh on a movie that no one has seen based off this trailer though , you have no idea how it ties into the larger marvel universe maybe they found a great way to tie it in. I was disappointed in the decision too and I'm a hank pym fan but once they cut him out the founding of the avengers I decided to ride It out .

Most people on here are just commenting on how stupid the idea of ant-man even is yet are clamoring for a black panther movie when I doubt most of them know anything about the corniness of the character back in the day . It's like falcon , as a kid I always liked him but let's be honest his weird backstory which now longer features his pimping and horrible garish costume/hair cut was turned into the wing suited sleeker movie version . The trailer showed me enough to give it a chance as tonewise it fits with the Mcu

Yeah it's really no sillier than Guardians of The Galaxy, Thor or The Hulk. I mean Thor uses a magic hammer and travels round through rainbow bridges However the story, main character and scale of this thing looks very underwhelming from the trailers compared to the other characters movies at this point. They would have been able to get away with it when they were first starting out, but now?.

Premise is just all wrong, should have been Pym, Wasp and Ultron on some sort of mission like Captain America's crew in The Winter Soldier.

I agree with you but if they didn't do that route to let Edgar wright complete his version of ant-man I give them a pass. I prefer your version but like ultimate universe I accept the Mcu for what it is and keep it moving . Im going to let it play out and if it sucks or is disappointing like im2 , good portion of im3 , and most of thor 2 I'll be here saying that with my pitchfork.

I thought guardians would be trash and it looked corny. (We paid to see that shyt scarjo brain flick and snuck in to gotg)

Guardians turned out to be one of the best superhero films I've ever seen......I'll hold out on judging this one
