Their Walking Dead series is but the rest have been mediocre imo.

I felt The Wolf Among Us was quality. Their 'Borderlands' series was among their best work, too. Haven't played GOTG but I agree that they missed the mark with a lot of their stuff. Second season of Batman was superior to the first but it was just okay. I'm hoping the upcoming 'Stranger Things' series they have planned shakes things up.
