Please explain too me HOW he would do time, if my premise is if he win a JURY trial? how the fukk does that work. If he wins a jury trial, he does no time period. What I'm saying is his defense has gotten much stronger and has a lot of leverage based on the new evidence. Yes the video of him firing the weapon is incriminating, but they come with extenuating circumstances e.g. Just witnessing his friend killed, he could be in the throws of passion, not in his right mind. And this is further bolstered by the FEDS indicting Tax.
In doing so he risked the lives of EVERYONE else who was in the vicinity of him shooting that gun, people who didnt have shyt to do with his silly beef

Any competent lawyer would tear that stuff you sayin apart

Dawg, you cant shoot at people in NY. Are you retarded?
You can't shoot at anybody anywhere. All it takes is to convince a couple of Jurors and you can hang at trial. Then the prosecution has to go back and refile. Hell, in most cases, if they poll the jury and they find 6 jurors were voting to acquit they would not refile.

No, they wouldn't, he discharged a weapon in public endangering lives, again, you can present the case, but as I said the Defense case has gotten stronger because of the Tax angle. He's not being charged with murder or attempted murder. This shyt is about the Jury and what they are willing to accept, if he chooses to go to trial.

He won't get 20, but for just the gun charges, 36 months at a minimum. Because of his criminal history, and unrepentant behavior prior to his arrest, the judge isn't likely to go easy on him, or be inclined to give him a break. The federal system is based on points, his base offense is serious, and he has a serious criminal background, he'll end up in a USP or a medium level fed prison. It's not over yet, he can do 5 and come home, broke, and hurting, and get back on through whatever the new medium is, in 5 years, or a book, something like that. It's not much, but there will be a chance. He gets indicted on state charges of murder, attempted, anything like that, and he's finished. He'll get out when he's 45 years old, (if he's lucky) and be a stranger in a strange land.
45 :what: tax in his 30s now
