A more realistic solve for this (and reparations) would be the elimination of student debt, free college, and interest free FHA loans.

Like when a corporations pays a dividend, that is taxed as income. Social insurance (payroll tax), also paid by corporations.
US until Trump had higher corporate taxes than almost all socialist/social democracy countries in Europe, so it has not really been low. It's just that wages, capital appreciation and dividends are much bigger than corporate profits.

Taxing large global corporations higher would be nice, but as we know they are global and can move money around.
Increasing capital returns tax while decreasing payroll tax would be great though, but that's what Trump and them are working actively against.

Another thing to note is that 50 % of tax payers pay 98% of taxes.
