Keep it up brehski. I avoid dead lifts all together. I do squats for a leg and back workout. My lower back never feels right when I dead lift.

Just left the gym, had a good work out today brehs But once again them damn dead lifts IDk Im doing wrong, I dont feel it in my lower back at all smh its mostly my neck and upper back
You're doing them right, no lower back pain is the goal.
I had a damn good workout today...I couldnt feel my legs after lol..I cant believe I neglected my legs all my life smh...
Cant wait to be on the beach in DR and Trinidad this summer
if you can add bulgarian deadlift...them workouts changed my legs
