if you dont do deadlifts and you try and it hurts, you probably used way to much weight the first time.. you gotta start really low and youll advance fast

eg: started at 50 pounds + 45 pound bar.. got up to 250+45 in 3 months. just gotta be consistent and start low.. keep your form TIGHT

My protein powder came in :ahh: I worked out yesterday I have a two day break before I go back...Im gonna go hard on my cardio.... I still dont see an improvement but I feel better so :manny:

Im doing work out B today Im up to 15lbs on each side on my squats.... Im just going to take my time and make sure Im doing each rep the right way.

I have to do dead lifts today. Hopefully I can fix my technique and do them correctly :to: Thats the only frustrating part about work out b :damn:

Just left the gym, had a good work out today brehs :obama: But once again them damn dead lifts :facepalm: IDk :wtf: Im doing wrong, I dont feel it in my lower back at all smh its mostly my neck and upper back :what:

I had a damn good workout today...I couldnt feel my legs after lol..I cant believe I neglected my legs all my life smh...

Cant wait to be on the beach in DR and Trinidad this summer :win:

if you can add bulgarian deadlift...them workouts changed my legs :wow:

I lost 8 fukkin pounds :wtf: I dont think I look any different, but Im trying to GAIN not lose!!!!! Im not stepping on a scale again smh shyt fukked up my morning....
