Goblet squats
Stiff leg deadlifts
Leg press
Calf raises
Hamstring curls
Quad extensions
I do about 3-4 sets of each... my thighs are 25" cold... To be fair though I have always been a cyclist so I have a little head start
But you can have beach worthy legs w/o deads bro.
