What should I measure with the tape measure ( i know dumb question :leostare:)

Depends on what you are trying to track

i measure:

Mid-Thigh
Navel(midsection)
chest(just 1-2" below armpit)
shoulder(same positioning but outside of shoulder)
Arms(midline of bicep)
Neck :ehh: @semtex

some folks measure calves/hips but i dont see the necessity to track it anymore

first thing in the morning :hbk: no cheating

you cheat on pics/measurement etc just means you have to outdo that the next time you track

doesnt accurately depict your progress either, its like a chubby guy sucking his gut in at the club so his shirts fit :skip: at the end of the day folks will still see the love handles, cant suck those in :dro:

the only real difference between my thread and bulking

is instead of cutting 500-800, you are in surplus 300-500

the numbers are about the same, but instead of 20/1 ratio, 15/1 should be the minimum with 10/1 being ideal.

protein is protein to me :manny: i dont get into the specifics..if inmates can eat slop and get swole so can you :jawalrus:

in simple terms

for every 10 calories you consume, consume 1g of protein

IE if you have 2000 calories to eat, 200g of protein must be eaten within that range.
