Depends on what you are trying to track
i measure:
Mid-Thigh
Navel(midsection)
chest(just 1-2" below armpit)
shoulder(same positioning but outside of shoulder)
Arms(midline of bicep)
Neck @semtex
some folks measure calves/hips but i dont see the necessity to track it anymore

@MMSex What do you think about it and my diet in general... I see your thread that is stickyed but its for cutting weight not adding it.
the only real difference between my thread and bulking
is instead of cutting 500-800, you are in surplus 300-500
the numbers are about the same, but instead of 20/1 ratio, 15/1 should be the minimum with 10/1 being ideal.
protein is protein to me i dont get into the specifics..if inmates can eat slop and get swole so can you
