Cats thought that a garbageman can get a 5 bedroom house for himself
The cheap COL in the south always seemed overhyped by ppl from the North.

Back then ppl had me thinking I could buy a house in the south on a McDonald's salary :mjlol:

Yes, at one point the south was cheap but you still needed a decent job to make ends meet. It ain't THAT cheap lol

LA is more crowded than Atlanta. Business keep on moving to Atlanta so the entire metro area is going to be heavily populated

The traffic will get worse unless the entire city invests in Marta

With how jobs are going people are going to continue to move to the cities

Charolette is only slightly cheaper than Atlanta
They are going to have to sooner or later.

Ive been to atl like 50 times the last few years. I love the city. Even with everybody moving there, its still way less overcrowded than dirty ass nyc.

With that being said.. i dont drive from like 4-7pm when im out there.

Detroit
I know about 30 people from Detroit who moved to Atlanta in the 1990's, more than 1/2 have returned to Michigan. The people whom stayed in GA all have good careers. I've been to or thru Atlanta at least once a year since 1997, it always seemed like a warmer Detroit. I like Atlanta.
