It’s crazy to see Atlanta flip in less than 10 years. Just 10 years ago atlanta was where you went to live dirt cheap

Back in Spring break 2008, I went down there and ate like a king as a broke college student. It was crazy easy to bag broads down there and they showed southern Hospitality like a MF.

Too bad by 2016, it became an expensive cold hearted city.

The people moving to Atlanta seem to be professionals. From Cali and Northern states. Those areas are more expensive and the natives in Atlanta some are eating good if they were home owners

The problem with rent is that you aren’t plugged in to the community

Dallas is where I’m at. The growth in the northern part of the metroplex is outrageous. Especially in Frisco. If you can get in now it’s the right time because it is blowing up fast

There are lots of cheap flyover states and towns that nobody cares about because there’s nothing there but farmland and rednecks. Those places will always be cheap. So I guess the end game is to make even those shytty areas become somewhat desirable and move there. Eventually there will be moderately developed cities everywhere
