Manned up?
This is no different than trump after Charlottesville. Manning up would be going "Yeah, I talk like that. I know it's offensive, that's how we talk in Norway"
Not even a month ago I found out an ex co-worker was gay. I find out cuz some faq was singing on a tv show, I'm going in on him on some "look at this fakkit" type shyt. Dude felt compelled to reveal he was gay. I had to man up, go my bad, explain how I don't hate gay people, I was raised Catholic, the bible says fire will land on your backs, I don't really respect men that carry themselves like woman/etc. He understood, and how could he not living on planet earth. That same book also teaches how it's not our place to judge, only God can judge him/etc So it would be a sin for me to be the judge and jury, it's none of my business when it comes to pursuit of happiness. Just as long as it's within the guidelines of common decency, do you, I'll do me.
That's manning up imo...
If you watched the video, especially from the 6to8 min mark you'll see how he didn't give two shyts about what he said. Went into detail how he didn't give a shyt. THAT part is what finished him off imo. He now realizes how this will affect not only him but other streamers as well. So all of that blowback is landing in his lap, so this was expected. Him going back to his ways is expected. Him even surviving this is expected.
But, like the NFL and Kappernick. If the spotlight stays on his ass? He won't recover.
@winb83 mentioned how this move could affect other streamers. I got the details on that right here...
Winb, to continue are talk from yesterday. This is the angle they can use. And overall it won't disrupt the way business is conducted unless you like blurting out racial slurs at other groups while you stream.
Courtdogs stream coming soon, why not
