dats my thuglife, ladies u should send him nudes look at those absHere's mine dnt laugh at me yall, been in the gym since school started. After slacking in the summer I knew I had to put in overtime....dat v-cut





tried to take it standing up but it wasn't wrkn, my thighs are ok not as muscular as I would like, needs more meat.
my lower legs are skinny and calf muscles are wack; they got no defenition or size
lower backs/ traps need wrk, shoulders are developing steadily, upper back is meh. Give me like a month or two to get better results
