:skip:tried to take it standing up but it wasn't wrkn, my thighs are ok not as muscular as I would like, needs more meat. :sadcam: my lower legs are skinny and calf muscles are wack; they got no defenition or size

What do you do for your back and what's your diet like?
For back I do: rows, lat pull down, pullups, lower back disc raises, deadlift. I eat everything, but I try to eat more meats and pastas.
