Which I guess its better than me being 195-200 of last year(ate lots of chicken nuggets after workinh out n i stopped)

How many cals do you get in per day, and can you post what you do for bis/tris/chest?

How many cals do you get in per day, and can you post what you do for bis/tris/chest?
Right now I'm at 2900 calories

And my workouts don't have much volume since I focusing on keeping the weights as heavy as possible

For biceps its usually
1 pyramid set of preacher curls
4 sets of standing dumbell curls (alternating)
3 or 4 sets of standing hammer curls (alternating
3 sets of preacher curls again

Triceps
3 sets of Rope pulldowns +1 dropset
3 sets of reverse rope pulls + 1 dropset
3 sets of Barbell or EZ-Curl bar skullcrushers

Chest
1-2 set of cable flies (20-25 reps)
4 sets of flat Dumbell chest press
3 sets of incline bench
3 sets on the peck-deck machine
2 sets of cable flys (10-12 reps)

pretty boring routine but it works for me :yeshrug:
