Yeah I know mate. Gonna really focus on developing my legs. I've got a pretty tall and narrow frame (6ft3') but I'm not one to make excuses as I know theres 1,000s of guys taller than me legs 5x as big as mine. Just got to keep on grinding.

what do you do for triceps bro?

My favourites are dips, overhead rope extensions (I don't lock my elbows out though I just squeeze till they're slightly bent and keep the tension constant) and underhand cable bar extensions (not many people do this exercise - it's similar to a standard tricep pushdown with a straight bar, however instead of overhand gripping, you underhand grip (like you would a bicep curl) and contract.

Do you guys know how I can find the proper diet/workout plans for me? My main problem with diet plans is that I don't want anything that's difficult to cook. I'm a total noob.:sadcam:
