First day in the gym tomorrow after 9 and a half months. I lost all my gains, got fat AF and i'm pretty much starting over but at least i have more experience and knowledge this time, can't wait to start going in again.

Being 19 and swole >>>>

Brehs please help a brother out, i have gotton flabby :mjcry:

I used to be cut and made some good gains but stopped going gym for a while, got with my chick and we eat out alot so i am now fat. Im going gym tomorrow again to get back into my routine. Do yall have any tips as to what i should do to start off? I read somewhere that when you start off in the gym again you should do compound exercises for about a month so like deadlifts squats bench dips pull ups etc. Is that true?

I added a pic below just to give a better example

Hey brehs:smile: So I'm back on my getting in shape grind. This summer was :patrice: as far as my fitness and diet were concerned but I'm ready to get back on track. My goal is 155lbs, currently at 163(was 171 a couple weeks ago). Right now, my diet is very very low carb, and my workouts for the next several weeks are going to center around cardio--hiit on the treadmill 3x per week, 4 mile outdoor run 2x per week plus some ab work. I've been in the mid 160s for over a year and am trying one last time to get down to 155 or just accept maintaining in this weight range:yeshrug: Oh yea, I'm 5'5''
