There's literally nothing Finn/Poe have done that Luke/Han didn't in the original (including the hugs and compliments and shyt), it was just another ripoff homage to the original.

The gay stuff says more about the environment/culture we're in now than it does about the flick. I think the Star Wars sagas would've had more chance of a gay relationship when George owned it, Disney is not going there with this franchise.

Yeah, and tumblr is a hotbed for this stuff. It's only a problem when the writers give in to it like in The Legend of Korra.
