People that say this was a New Hope remake are dumb as fukk. Literally the only thing the same is the planet that’s similar to the Death Star. But it’s like why the fukk wouldn’t they try to recreate the Death Star but more powerful? The rebels destroying the first Death Star could be looked at as random luck. They didn’t expect a stormtrooper to defect. A lot of people who hate on this have no practical intelligence and would lose every battle they were in. The Sequels are a lot better than people give them credit for. It’s like people really didn’t even pay attention

Cause it was a trash fukking movie.. So when you're looking at trash, you tend to break down every single thing that's wrong. Where as if it was actually good, people would overlook it.

I watched it opening night with my brother. First thing he said when we left was "it was exactly like the first one." So he didn't pull it off the internet.. It makes sense. Off the top of my head it starts on the same planet with some orphan kid who happens to have the force. The kid finds some old legends who happen to have been apart of the last jedi war. Unlike the first, the kid gets trained to insane levels in record time (Rey never even got training). They join the resistance to fight the empire.. Lead by a goofy white boy in a mask and his weirdo leader behind the curtain. The rebels have to defeat a huge planet killing weapon with only one method to winning. They must send air and ground troops to hit at the same time when.... oops. The man in mask shows up and kills the old legend... as the kid narrowly escapes, leaving the mask man and his mystery boss for next week on........

I'm hyped. But I do have a feeling they've telegraphed the ending battle. I think Finn is gonna get that work form Kylo Ren and Daisy is gonna save him, and it will be revealed she has the Force within her.
