Always happened to me alot. One time, I was in the process of waking up and I seen these little black shadow baby hands holding mine against my chest as I forced to get up it was holding me back. Another time it happened, I encountered a demon in my dream I'd tell it to leave so it'd mess with me by having me go through the sleep paralysis. Another time I went through sleep paralysis, I was parting away from my body and seen a black aura on me :mjcry: one time I died in my dream and couldn't wake up I was literally running through blackness holding my eyes which were sealed shut..nothing to fear but I didn't wanna be there

I know which chakras I need to work on. You are supposed to work bottom up. So that's what im doing. I'm not neglecting my other chakras, trust. My 3rd chakra is just one I constantly struggle with. So I have to maintain balance there.

My wife is into chakras and whatnot. What are some good gift ideas for Christmas to get her? She has a huge rock collection and a bunch of reference books for them already.

i saw you get 7 small gifts related to each chakra, something she can wear/eat/see/touch etc
you can get her a reiki energy session!
