nikka really bout to leave a multi million dollar contract on the table 
he's got a mental illness. dude has no grip on the real world and what would happen if he wasn't good at basketball. he's spent his whole life being coddled because he was a ball player. he's already being accommodated and he still thinks he's being mistreated.
if he was serious about coming to terms with his illness, he would've tried to get over his fear of flying with a mental health specialist at his side. he would've literally made millions and not have to do a thing for the next 2-3 years. i feel bad for him but at the same time, i'd like to

Would it be possible to hire a psychiatrist to travel with him for away games? A professional to talk with him on the plane or whatever whenever hes feeling anxious.

The Rockets have hired a therapist to help this dude out with his mental problems and hes the one skipping out of therapy sessions. How's that standing up for yourself? How's that doing whats right for himself? This guy is choosing to not even try to get help. Its stupid.
If dude wants to quit than hopefully he got his degree in something where he can get a regular job. It really doesn't sound like he tried to make it work though. And I wanted my Mavericks to draft him too

I probably won't feel sorry for him until his 30/30 drops in like 5 years. I just don't understand how he can declare for the NBA draft, interview/talk with a team, get drafted, team tries to help him and he just doesn't report to therapy or practice.
