how to achieve. idk if i've been doing it right

2100-2300 cal with 180-200+g protein

the protein shake will help you get those numbers(protein) do a double if not triple scoop in water

you should be eating that every day, and you should lose 1lb of fat a week. provided youre lifting

Skinfold Sites

Lift heavy, and if you need to do cardio do sprints or HIIT. Like @MMSex said, cut calories and have a surplus of protein, you could realistically lose 1-2lbs a week.

You think so? One of the guys from that "I hate my body" documentary lost 55lbs in 3 months, which is insane. This isn't quite as aggressive and seems possible.

considering his build in the first pic

it doesnt look like he was holding 20lbs of fat for one

folks notoriously gorge for the initial pic to make the change look dramatic(it happened to me in my contest in bb.com :dro: )

if it was indeed 20lbs, at that current size...im callin extra :manny: it looks more like 8-10lbs of actual fat to me

Blazo, are you actually hitting your abs or you just dieting?

i diet everyday and i do abs once a week. but when i work out other muscles that involve the core, i make sure to do it correctly form wise

edit: now :whoa:, i know what ur thinkin. "only once a week"...but i browse simplyshredded.com and some of them fitness models don't even have a set day for abs and some blatantly say they dont work out abs but their shredded :manny:
